Jeff Saper is not your typical attorney.
He was born and raised in the Crown Heights and Brownsville sections of Brooklyn, NY, the son of a fireman. He graduated from an “inner city” high school in Queens. He started working at age 12, and sang in night clubs in Manhattan at age 16.
Jeff graduated from SUNY-Binghamton with a degree in writing, directing and producing theater, films and TV with a minor in music. After several years of performing solo and in bands, he settled into a 15 year career in multi-unit training and operations for fast-food franchise chains.
At 36, Jeff went back to school – evenings and weekends – while working two day jobs to get his law degree from Widener Law School in Delaware. At age 40, he graduated and was admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in both NJ and PA, and proudly admitted to practice in the US Supreme Court. For almost 20 years, Jeff has concentrated his law practice in representing businesses and individuals in over 1000 Chapter 7, 13 and 11 bankruptcy cases, as well as parents and spouses in family law matters, including divorce, custody, support and equitable distribution.
More so than any of his professional accomplishments, Jeff is most proud of his children. His son, a second degree black belt owns and operates a martial arts academy, and his daughter is a registered nurse at a major Philadelphia hospital. Jeff lives in Marlton, NJ with his wife of 30 years, who operates a gift shop voted best in South Jersey for the past 3 years. A strong believer in public service for attorneys, Jeff has served on the Evesham Township (NJ) Zoning Board for the past 22 years.
